Chicago Property Owners Didn't Disclose Lead Hazards, US Says

Law360, New York (April 6, 2012, 7:17 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Housing and Urban Development filed suit in Illinois federal court Thursday alleging two real estate management companies failed to inform tenants of the presence of lead paint in 14 Chicago-area buildings.
