GM Nemeses To Team Up To File 200 More Injury Suits

Law360, New York (May 5, 2014, 5:16 PM EDT) -- A pair of plaintiffs firms behind lawsuits blaming the ignition switch defect in General Motors Co. vehicles for injury and death have now teamed up with a plan to jointly bring roughly 200 more such cases, the first of which could arrive later this week, they said Monday.
