Pa. Justices To Mull Contractor Liability In Fall Case

Law360, Philadelphia (August 10, 2017, 3:41 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Wednesday it would consider whether entities responsible for the design and construction of a sidewalk that passed through an area that allegedly left it prone to icing could be held liable for injuries a woman sustained in a fall.
