Californians File Class Action Over Oroville Dam Maintenance

Law360, New York (August 11, 2017, 8:13 PM EDT) -- A group of California residents on Thursday slapped the state’s Department of Water Resources with a proposed class action in state court over the maintenance of Oroville Dam spillways that started to crumble and forced at least 188,000 people to evacuate their homes earlier this year.
