By Benjamin Horney ( December 10, 2014, 4:45 PM EST) -- The Groupe Danone will discuss whether to sell its medical nutrition business to a group led by German health care company Fresenius Medical Care Holdings Inc. or one led by U.S. pharmaceutical company Hospira Inc. at a board meeting scheduled for later this week, Reuters reported on Wednesday. The report comes a little more than a week after speculation arose that Fresenius was having second thoughts about making an offer for the unit. Danone's medical nutrition business could be worth as much as $6 billion, and the Fresenius group is currently pegged as the frontrunner....
