T-Mobile Wants 'Efficient' Spectrum Reconfiguration

Law360, Washington (August 1, 2016, 4:16 PM EDT) -- T-Mobile is pressing for an “efficient, phased reconfiguration” of spectrum as the Federal Communications Commission moves forward with its experimental incentive auction, according to an ex parte filing with the agency submitted Friday.
