Law360, Washington (April 14, 2017, 9:24 PM EDT) -- The Federal Communications Commission on Thursday declared the big winners among companies bidding for spectrum in its long-anticipated incentive auction, and experts say despite some unmet expectations, the agency met its basic goal of repurposing spectrum while promoting new levels of competition.
