Trump Asks For Stay On Allowing Transgender Troops

Law360, New York (December 7, 2017, 3:50 PM EST) -- The Trump administration on Wednesday urged a D.C. federal court to let it hold off on allowing transgender individuals to enlist in the military while it appeals that directive, arguing it won’t have time to implement the new policy by Jan. 1 and that the court’s decision contained errors.
