NYC Real Estate Week In Review

Law360 (August 13, 2018, 6:45 PM EDT) -- More than a half-dozen law firms worked on the largest New York City deeds that hit public records last week, a group of deals that spanned Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.

Wachtel Missry LLP, Sidley Austin LLP and Jeffrey Zwick & Associates PC landed work on the largest deal of the week, Emerald Properties' $64.5 million purchase of a Manhattan apartment building from a joint venture of Thor Equities LLC and Rockwood Capital LLC, while Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP and Emmet Marvin & Martin LLP were among other law firms that also helped out.
