Larkin, a litigator, has experience handling disputes in state and federal court, and in Colorado has represented clients on Colorado Supreme Court and Colorado Court of Appeals matters. She helps clients with contract disputes and various other real estate-related disputes. Gary Ogden Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP has hired a new partner for its office in Los Angeles. Gary Ogden joins the firm from The Ogden Law Group, and brings to Hinshaw experience helping developers, buyers and seller with a variety of real estate matters. Ogden also has experience helping clients with construction contracts, and has done significant work in the leasing and subleasing spaces. Melinda Pasquini Melinda Pasquini has joined the Denver office of Holland & Hart LLP as a partner. Pasquini, who's the incoming chair of the real estate section of the Colorado Bar Association, works on a wide range of real estate matters, and has particular expertise in health care, affordable housing, multifamily and senior living deals. Denis Charles K&L Gates LLP has brought on board a new partner for its office in Paris. Denis Charles leaves Pinsent Mason LLP to join K&L Gates, and brings to the table expertise in logistics, hospitality and infrastructure deals. Charles also has experience helping clients structure real estate funds. Monique Lashbrook Snell & Wilmer LLP has expanded its real estate presence in San Diego with the hiring of a new partner for that office. Monique Lashbrook joins the firm from Troutman Pepper, and at the new firm she'll work on purchases and sales, joint venture deals and financings, among other matters. Lashbrook has particular expertise handling industrial and retail deals as well as property management matters. Eugene O'Flaherty Eugene O'Flaherty has left his corporate counsel position at the city of Boston to join Sullivan & Worcester LLP as of counsel in that city. O'Flaherty had been corporation counsel for Boston since 2014 and in that role oversaw a variety of legal work, including certain zoning matters.
