NYC Planning Board OKs 'Pyramid Building' On West 57th

Law360, New York (December 21, 2012, 3:18 PM EST) -- The New York City Planning Commission on Thursday gave the Durst Organization's residential arm the green light to build a massive, pyramid-shaped apartment building on West 57th Street, moving the 753-unit development one step closer to final approval.
