Solow To Sell East Side Development In $200M Deal

Law360, New York (January 30, 2013, 6:22 PM EST) -- New York real estate mogul Sheldon Solow is reportedly set to close a $200 million deal this week with JDS Development Group for a development site on Manhattan's east side with 730,240 buildable square feet.

The sale of the land, which is currently vacant but zoned for residential use, would be one of the largest land deals in recent years, according to the Wall Street Journal.
