RE Rumor Mill: WeWork, Lightstone, One New York Plaza

Law360, New York (March 6, 2014, 7:11 PM EST) -- Shared office space company WeWork is reportedly planning yet another expansion in Manhattan. According to The Real Deal, WeWork is in talks to take the entire fifth floor at 25 Broadway, giving it just under 129,000 square feet at the building. The deal comes just six months after WeWork took 86,000 square feet on the entire 9th and 10th floors of the building, The Real Deal reported.
