Maternity Store’s Gift Card Settlement Denied In Privacy Suit

Law360, New York (May 19, 2015, 6:31 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge shot down a settlement Monday that would have awarded $25 gift cards to a proposed class of Destination Maternity Corp. customers who claim the company’s stores unlawfully requested their phone numbers when they paid with credit cards.
