Whistleblower Says Walgreen Kept Up Fraud After FCA Deal

Law360, New York (June 9, 2015, 2:18 PM EDT) -- Walgreen Co. continued fraudulently using gift cards to induce Medicare and Medicaid recipients to switch pharmacies after agreements settling two False Claims Act suits, according to a whistleblower who on Monday pushed a Tennessee federal court to keep his allegations alive.
