U-Haul Faces Wrongful Death Suit Over Food Truck Blast

Law360, New York (June 16, 2015, 6:12 PM EDT) -- U-Haul International Inc., its affiliates and the general managers of its Philadelphia retail stores were hit with a wrongful death suit in Pennsylvania state court Monday that seeks to hold them liable for a July 2014 food truck explosion in Philadelphia that killed two people and hurt 11 bystanders.
