Judge Calls Maternity Store Privacy Deal 'Approvable'

Law360, New York (July 23, 2015, 6:36 PM EDT) -- Two months after he shot down a settlement awarding $25 gift cards to a proposed class of Destination Maternity Corp. customers in a privacy action, a California federal judge has given the deal a nod in an order that refrains from lauding the settlement’s adequacy.
