Target Says Unsealing Breach Docs Invites Another Attack

Law360, New York (August 7, 2015, 2:41 PM EDT) -- Target Corp. told a Minnesota federal judge Thursday that banks seeking to hold it accountable for losses they suffered after the retailer was hit by a massive data breach in 2013 shouldn’t be allowed to unseal documents detailing Target’s cybersecurity protocols because the company would be more vulnerable to another attack.
