Lowe's HR Managers Denied Early Class Cert. In OT Suit

Law360, New York (August 21, 2015, 5:41 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge refused Friday to certify a proposed collective action accusing Lowe’s Cos. Inc. of improperly cutting human resources managers out of overtime pay, saying the lead plaintiff failed to show she is similarly situated to members of the proposed class.
