Wal-Mart Can't Hide From Mexican Bribery Suit, 8th Circ. Told

Law360, New York (August 31, 2015, 2:50 PM EDT) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. investors slammed the retailer Friday for claiming they haven’t shown that enough board members knew about bribery claims at its Mexican subsidiary to pursue their derivative case, saying they’ve provided enough evidence for the Eighth Circuit to revive their suit.
