CVS Photo Developer Says Breach Suit Doesn't Allege Harm

Law360, New York (November 17, 2015, 2:56 PM EST) -- Website operator and photo manager PNI Digital Media Inc. told a Georgia federal judge Monday that the CVS Pharmacy customer bringing a proposed putative class action over a data breach hasn’t alleged she suffered from any actual injury as a result of the cyberattack, therefore her complaint should be dismissed.
