Yahoo Gets Green Light On $80M Investor Data Breach Deal

Law360 (May 10, 2018, 4:32 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge signed off Wednesday on Yahoo Inc.’s $80 million shareholder settlement over massive data breaches, partially tweaking how class members will be notified of the deal but finding it now adequately addressed the concerns she raised last week.
