NM Whistleblower Wants AG, Firm Off Kickback Case

Law360, New York (June 2, 2011, 5:59 PM EDT) -- An ex-New Mexico pension official-turned-whistleblower said Thursday he wants the state attorney general and Day Pitney LLP kicked off any pay-to-play litigation targeting Vanderbilt Financial LLC, Merrill Lynch & Co., UBS Investment Bank, Clifford Chance LLP, Ernst & Young LLP and others over conflicts of interest.
