Hurt Reggie Bush Tries To Block Rams' Labor Dispute Theory

Law360, New York (March 25, 2016, 6:13 PM EDT) -- San Francisco 49ers running back Reggie Bush asked a Missouri federal judge Thursday to pass his lawsuit over a knee injury he suffered playing in St. Louis back to state court, saying the Rams’ bid to move it to federal jurisdiction as a labor issue was out of bounds.

Bush’s motion to remand the case to St. Louis’ 22nd Judicial Circuit Court says the Rams and its affiliated defendants improperly removed the case to Missouri’s Eastern District. Bush argued that the case doesn't belong there because his injury was unrelated to federal labor laws or the collective bargaining agreement between players...
