Jeter To Face Del. Fraud Claims In $30M Underwear Row

Law360, Wilmington (July 19, 2016, 9:25 PM EDT) -- Retired New York Yankees star Derek Jeter mostly struck out Tuesday in a bid for dismissal of $30 million in fraud and fiduciary breach claims thrown against him in Delaware Chancery Court by luxury undergarment maker RevolutionWear Inc.

The rulings by Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III retained for possible trial four of five counts in RevolutionWear’s counterclaims to a suit Jeter filed in November after his promotion-related appointment to a director’s seat went sour.
