Former NFL Star Sues Hair Clinic Over Use Of Likeness

By Fola Akinnibi (February 8, 2017, 7:03 PM EST) -- Ex-National Football League star and Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher filed suit against a Florida hair restoration clinic in Illinois state court on Monday, alleging the clinic used his likeness to advertise its services without his permission.

Urlacher, who was known throughout his career for his shaved head, is a spokesman for Restoration Holdings LLC. After using RHL's treatments, the former all-pro linebacker reentered the public eye with a full head of hair in January 2016. However, Charles Medical Group began using Urlacher's story to promote its competing products soon after the former player's successful treatment, according to the complaint....
