No Appeal For Ex-PSU Trio In Sandusky Endangerment Row

Law360, Philadelphia (March 1, 2017, 11:52 AM EST) -- Three former Penn State University administrators will not be able to appeal child endangerment charges they're facing stemming from the Jerry Sandusky sex scandal before going to trial later this month.

A Dauphin County judge issued an order on Tuesday afternoon rejecting appeal petitions filed by the three officials, including former university president Graham Spanier, asking that they be allowed to bring their cases to the state's Superior Court in advance of a trial slated to kick off with jury selection on March 20.
