NHL Blasts BU's Bid For Fees In Concussion Research Row

Law360, New York (June 6, 2017, 2:49 PM EDT) -- Boston University shouldn’t get attorneys’ fees for fighting a discovery bid from the National Hockey League in litigation over the long-term risk of concussions for players, as requested documents about brain injury research were justified and the university was uncooperative, the NHL told a Minnesota federal court on Monday.
