NHL Must Pay Boston U. Fees In Concussion Study Row

Law360, New York (July 31, 2017, 7:20 PM EDT) -- Boston University won a fees award Monday after largely defeating the NHL's demand for research materials from the study of about 400 former athletes' brains, with a Minnesota federal judge finding the league had no basis to broadly question the peer-reviewed research and calling the demand a "fishing expedition."
