Texas Judge Questions MLS Team's Potential Move To Austin

Law360, New York (October 30, 2017, 9:04 PM EDT) -- The possible relocation of Major League Soccer’s Columbus Crew SC to Austin, Texas, has led a state judge to request an investigation into the process, saying in a letter to MLS Commissioner Don Garber that league representatives misled local officials about the status of a proposed expansion team in the nearby San Antonio market.
