Law360 (February 12, 2019, 8:08 PM EST) -- Hopes of persuading President Donald Trump to reconsider his support of the $10,000 cap on state and local tax deductions were dashed Tuesday, as New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo returned empty-handed from an afternoon meeting at the White House.
