DC Circ. Grounds Battle Over Privacy In FAA Drone Rules

Circuit tossed a petition by the Electronic Privacy Information Center on Tuesday that sought to review small drone rules promulgated by the Federal Aviation Administration, finding the nonprofit lacked standing to mount a challenge over the exclusion of privacy safeguards.
