By Benjamin Horney ( December 12, 2018, 5:47 PM EST) -- Morgan Stanley will lead the highly anticipated initial public offering of Uber Technologies Inc., and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. is also expected to have a role on the flotation, according to a Tuesday report from Bloomberg. According to the report, Uber filed confidentially for the IPO after ride-hailing rival Lyft Inc. did the same earlier this month. Reports from October said the planned IPO could value Uber at as much as $120 billion. Uber must go public by the end of next year under an agreement with SoftBank Group Corp., according to reports....
