A House panel is set to take up draft legislation called the Support Tools to Obliterate Pesky Robocalls, or STOP Robocalls, Act during a hearing Tuesday, and officials from eight Voice over Internet Protocol and other voice services wrote the subcommittee's leaders urging them to back the provision.
