Italian Court Voids Google Execs' Privacy Convictions

Law360, New York (December 21, 2012, 4:15 PM EST) -- An Italian appeals court on Friday wiped out the convictions of three Google Inc. executives found to have violated the nation's privacy laws after a video showing aggressive bullying of an autistic child was uploaded to a predecessor, a move the company hailed as a victory for Internet freedom.
