Drone Privacy Bill Lands On Texas Governor's Desk

By Allison Grande (May 31, 2013, 4:30 PM EDT) -- The Texas Legislature this week sent a bill to the governor's desk that would criminalize warrantless domestic drone surveillance by public and private entities, setting the stage for Texas to become the sixth state to formally clamp down on the use of the controversial unmanned aircraft.
