LG Settles Defect Claims Over Blu-Ray Home Theaters

Law360, Los Angeles (July 26, 2013, 6:20 PM EDT) -- LG Electronics Inc. has agreed to settle with lead plaintiffs in a proposed class action alleging the company concealed a design defect in one of its Blu-ray home theater systems, according to a motion filed Friday in New Jersey federal court.
