U.K. telecommunications company BT Group is in discussions with Spanish telecom giant Telefonica SA concerning a potential cash and stock deal that would see BT buy back the O2 cellular network unit it sold off about 10 years ago, according to a Tuesday report from Reuters. While other reports have said the deal could be worth more than $17 billion, Reuters cited a source as saying that price tag was too high. No other potential price was disclosed....
