Deals Rumor Mill: First Gulf Bank, ACS, Deutsche Telekom

By Benjamin Horney (June 16, 2016, 5:22 PM EDT) -- National Bank of Abu Dhabi PJSC and First Gulf Bank PJSC are in talks to merge, Bloomberg reported on Thursday, in a union that would form the biggest lender in the Middle East. According to the report, discussions are still in the early stages, and it's possible no deal comes of the talks. The combined company would boast assets of about $170 billion, the report noted, higher than that of current top Middle East lender Qatar National Bank SAQ....
