FCC’s Pai Talks Net Neutrality With Facebook, Oracle

Law360, Washington (April 20, 2017, 7:55 PM EDT) -- Federal Communications Commission Chairman Ajit Pai said after Thursday’s FCC meeting that he met Monday in Silicon Valley with executives at several companies including Facebook, Cisco, Oracle and Intel, saying he is seeking “common ground” on the question of the open internet.

The chairman said he has been meeting with stakeholders in sit-downs like Monday’s, which followed meetings with broadband provider trade groups and the Internet Association.
