Judge OKs Fund Freeze As Cerner Defends Award On Appeal

Law360, New York (July 14, 2017, 6:20 PM EDT) -- An Oregon federal judge has paused a portion of his order tossing a United Arab Emirates citizen from a Cerner Corp. affiliate’s suit seeking to enforce a $63 million award, a stay that will keep his funds frozen in the state while an appeal is pending, citing an agreement between the parties.
