Deals Rumor Mill: NEC, Grab, Dominion Diamond

The report said NEC has hired advisers to help put together an offer, which could be worth £900 ($1.2 billion). Civica has been on the chopping block for several weeks, the report noted, and other suitors include private equity firms BC Partners, Berkshire Partners and Partners Group....
