Fed. Circ. Upholds Alice Test Ax Of Training System Patent

Law360, Washington (August 16, 2017, 8:22 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday upheld a New York federal court’s invalidation of a remote employee training system patent, a 2016 ruling that invoked the Alice standard and drew a parallel between the claimed invention and Scantron tests that were introduced in the 1970s.
