Deals Rumor Mill: 21st Century Fox, Nestle, Aramco

By Adam Rhodes (January 10, 2018, 8:31 PM EST) -- Rupert Murdoch's 21st Century Fox could snap up 10 television stations from Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc., Reuters reported Tuesday, as part of the latter's bid to assuage watchdogs' concerns related to its deal to buy Tribune Media Co. The reports follow Fox's mid-December deal to sell its film and television studios, along with cable and international TV assets, to Disney for $52.4 billion. Reuters' sources, however, said Wednesday that the Sinclair talks predate the Disney deal. Among the channels in the Sinclair deal, Reuters noted that some could help Fox rake in advertising revenue thanks to NFL broadcasting rights....
