FCC's Carr Sees Regs That Can Unlock The Wireless Future

As the newest commissioner on the dais, Carr has spent much of the last year traveling around the country to visit rural health care providers, tower climbers, tech-savvy high school students and others affected by the communications industry, particularly by the lack of upgraded broadband service in rural areas. He's also overseen major — and at times controversial — proceedings aimed at getting better broadband service to such communities.
