Broadcasters Want More Transition Time After FCC Auction

Law360, Washington (October 31, 2016, 6:53 PM EDT) -- The Federal Communications Commission’s proposal to move TV stations after the broadcast incentive auction is promising but the agency is too committed to a 39-month window for the switch, the National Association of Broadcasters has told the FCC, calling the time frame “arbitrary and inflexible.”
