Law360, Miami (January 10, 2017, 9:47 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge denied approval of a settlement Monday between a part-time radio DJ and a Cumulus Media Inc. subsidiary, expressing skepticism about the fairness of a wage claim settlement that awards no money for unpaid wages.
