Wyo. Judge Lifts Stay Of Challenge To BLM's Methane Rule

Law360 (March 8, 2018, 4:38 PM EST) -- A Wyoming federal judge on Wednesday granted bids by states and industry groups to restart a court challenge to an Obama-era rule limiting methane venting and flaring from natural gas wells on public and tribal lands.
