Texas Court Nixes New Trial In Baylor Sex Assault Case

Law360 (June 6, 2018, 9:51 PM EDT) -- Texas’ highest criminal court on Wednesday held an appellate panel wrongly ordered a new trial for a former Baylor University football star convicted of sexual assault, overturning the court’s finding text messages between the victim and her friend were wrongly kept from jurors.
