Landry's Seeks To Trim Claims In $20M Suit Over Data Breach

Law360 (July 17, 2018, 8:16 PM EDT) -- Landry's Inc. asked a Texas federal court Tuesday to toss a breach of contract claim by JPMorgan Chase payment processing arm Paymentech in its $20 million lawsuit claiming the hospitality company refused to pay compensation for costs related to a data breach at Landry’s properties in 2014 and 2015.
